Chemin de Compostelle. Eric Massol, owner of a gîte, is found shot dead. A priori, the six hikers who had slept at the gîte have nothing to do with his death. But Elli asks Clément to accompany them to Valmagne, Clément’s monastery and the next stop on their hike. As Clément walks with the group,he notices some strange behavior. Meanwhile, Elli takes an interest in Massol’s daughter-in-law, with whom he had a very bad relationship... and makes a discovery that will destabilize the ideal image she has kept of her parents who died 15 years ago. Elli and Clément find themselves in Valmagne tosolve a case where the culprits and victims are not who we think they are...
