When Mathias and Clément come to deliver produce from the Valmagne vegetable garden to a restaurant in the Montpellier hinterland, they come across the lifeless body of a kitchen hand. Elli learns from the forensic scientist that he was poisoned, and she must untangle the threads of the relationship between the two sisters who own the restaurant. Her mission is complicated by the arrival of Antoine, the great love of her youth, an investor in the restaurant who finds himself linked to the case. As for Clément, he gets closer to the truth about his parents’ identity.
